At LacedUp, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fresh gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original shoe box or apparel bag, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure them inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
